I am human and I read somewhere being a human did not come with instructions, therefore I am prone to make mistakes in life. However from those mistakes comes wisdom. For example, as a child you touch an iron that is on, out of curiosity. What happens? Well, besides the twenty minutes of crying and yelling, HOT! HOT!, you learn that touching a hot surface will burn. In contrast, as you go through life you will make mistakes, some worse than others, but all will contribute to you becoming a better person if you learn from them. Faults help define who we are as people, they give uniqueness to each individual. I myself am a firm believer in learning from mistakes and turning those negatives into positives. Thus, failure is one of the keys to success...you may be asking yourself, what does he mean by that? When it comes to failure, giving up is what turns it into a problem but embracing it and growing gives you the upper hand in whatever situation. Another key to success is taking the initiative, don't always wait around expecting. Be like Nike and "Just Do It". There will always come a point in which you feel as if you are done, but you are not. There are so many opportunities out there in the world however people are no longer finding it necessary to go to them, they rather wait for one to approach them. There is so much I can say about the keys to success but I can't state all of them being that I am still in the midst of reaching success. I am a lot more knowledgeable now than I was then and there are so many things I wish I could do over, but then I think to myself, if I was to go back and change something, how would that affect me to this day? I have learned that I undergo various events in life because I am suppose to and that in the end, the struggle, the happiness, the greif, etc will all be worth it.

Some advice for those who are climbing their own ladder to success:

be humble,

be wise,

be thoughtful,

be kind,

be strong,

be different,

be careful,

and be efficient.

Don't let anyone tell you that you are not capable of completing whatever you set forth and with that said be YOU!
