One trait I find that has helped me get to where I am, and will help me get to where I want to go, is the ability to invest for the long-term. Warren Buffett, one of the greatest investors of all time, has always practiced making an investment, and not selling anytime soon, or at all. In other words, patience. Work hard now, reap your rewards in the future. As college students, we have made the choice to not go into the job-market straight after high-school. We invested in our education, post-poned getting paid now in exchange for getting paid later, which high chance of receiving much more. And it's not only pay; investing in one's education is investing in oneself, one's perception of the world, and the betterment of society. Choosing to use your free time as an investment can prove to be a key to success.
